Rena Bianca

Rena Bianca unfolds at the foot of the historic center of Santa Teresa Gallura, within a sheltered bay that looks directly toward the Strait of Bonifacio and the southern coast of Corsica. The beach forms a broad and regular arc of extremely pale, almost white sand that reflects the sunlight and intensifies the shades of the sea. Behind it, the profile of the town with houses overlooking the water creates an immediate connection between village and shoreline.

The seabed is predominantly sandy and slopes gently, keeping the water shallow and transparent for several meters from the shore. Shades range from light green to bright turquoise, becoming deeper in tone as you move further offshore. On clear days, the view stretches as far as the white cliffs of Corsica, creating a visual continuity between the two sides of the strait.

The sheltered position of the bay often keeps the sea relatively calm, even when winds blow further offshore.
